於住宿日前三天前取消租屋者，可退租金50%或保留訂金一個月擇期租屋。
於住宿當日逢颱風或地震等不可抗拒因素 (以當地縣市政府頒布狀況為準則) 時，可全額退回訂金或保留訂金三個月擇期租屋。 |

| 租屋時間：下午3:30以後 / 退租時間：中午12:00以前 。為維護住宿環境品質，室內全面禁煙，並請勿攜帶寵物。請勿破壞屋內物品，退租時若經發現損壞或遺失須照價賠償。 |
